One of the moms is so happy with her son’s yoga class at East Side Yoga that she wrote the following testimonal. She e-mailed it to me, and said I was free to use it however I wish. I thought I would start by posting it on this blog:
“My 5 year old son began taking yoga classes at East Side Yoga recently and
it has become one of his favorite “after-school” activities. He loves
stretching and positioning his body in poses that we are all innately able
to do when we’re young. The facility is new, clean, well-supplied with mats
for the kids and the yoga instructor is by far, the best in the city. I know
because I take his “grown up” classes and he’s simply amazing!
I can happily recommend East Side Yoga to everyone and do hope your children
enjoy it as much as mine does.
Fondly,
XRK
NYC”

Welcome everyone to East Side Yoga! We are a yoga school on the Upper East Side of Manhattan that teaches classes for people of all ages: toddlers through adults. We are opening on Tuesday, September 6, 2011.
To welcome new customers, we’re offering anyone that signs up for either a kid’s session, or an adult class card, 20% off if they register BEFORE September 6, 2011. Just mention that you saw this special posted on our blog.
PS: for those of you new to yoga, Namaste is a Sanskrit word meaning literally “I bow to you.” It is used as a respectful greeting, and also to say thank you. Yoga uses many words from Sanskrit, because yoga was first practiced in ancient India.
